From the initial meeting, we will be happy to discuss your Building project and provide you with a written no obligation quotation within 10 working days, ALONG WITH A LIST OF RECENTLY COMPLETED JOBS AND REFERENCES.

We do not charge a fee upfront but on acceptance of the quotation we will provide you with a full schedule of works and stage payments. If required we can arrange for a Masterbond Warrantee and FMB small works contract. Throughout the build we will liaise with Building Control, stage payments are only due once that stage has been approved.
